How long does it take?
For a first order, it's usually about 10 working days. Once your design is set up we are able to turn orders around within 7 working days (subject to our production schedule). Generally, the more notice you can give us the better, to ensure stock and production slots are reserved for you.
How do I place an order?
You can order by telephone, fax, email or post. Download one of our order forms here. Just fill it in and email, post or fax it back to us. If you need any help with completing your order form, please call us on 01981 570343 - 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
How can I pay?
We accepts personal cheques (with a valid bankers card), business cheques and cash. We can also accept internet banking payments - please email or telephone us for the details. We do not currently have a facility to accept debit or credit cards.
Why are you called Beeline?
Our name comes from the original use of our studios - a store for bee-keeping paraphernalia! We liked 'Beeline' because it sounds friendly and is easily remembered. Unlike our location of Wormbridge, which is often confused with the nearby village of Wormelow, so if you are planning to visit us we are here, on the A465 Hereford to Abergavenny road.
